Cancellation policy

the mandatory e-learning must be completed at least 24 hours before Stage 2 (face-to-face teaching day) of the course
failure to do so will result in the registrant’s place at Stage 2 of the course being cancelled without any refund
paying attendees who cancel up to 14 days before Stage 2 of the course will receive a 75% refund
no refunds can be made for cancellations within 14 days of Stage 2 of the course
a full refund will be made if the meeting is cancelled by the course organiser
